Our History
In 2007 we set off as Novarad Philippines, offering digital radiology solutions to Philippine hospitals and clinics.
In 2012 we changed our name to Novarad Asia Pacific and began offering radiology solutions to an expanded regional market.
Today we have grown into Newtech Asia Pacific, the Philippines largest full service, multivendor IT integrator and tech support organization.

Sheilla Espanueva
Sheilla is a technology entrepreneur with over twenty years experience selling IT, communications, enterprise imaging and system integration services. She holds a Mass Communications degree from Ateneo University, Davao.
Michael Mercado
"MJ" comes to Newtech with eight years of experience in sales and account management. He is currently responsible for North Luzon and holds a BS Psychology degree from Centro Escolar University, Manila.
Michael Revilla
"Mico" is a radiology technician, with years of experience working as a PACS/RIS applications specialist, and sales manager. He now leads the Newtech sales team and holds a B.S. in Radiologic Technology from UPHSD, Las Piñas.
Bernadette Cruz
"Dhey" is an experienced AE with over 20 years experience in account management. She is responsible for NCR and South Luzon, and holds a Broadcast Communication degree from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Manila.
Carolyn Gambe
"Carol" is a registered Nurse with ten years experience selling and supporting enterprise imaging systems and related support services. She is based in Cagayan de Oro and holds a Nursing degree from San Pedro College, Davao.
Rhea Capun
Rhea has a diverse background that includes sales, training, events, marketing and customer care. She is responsible for South Mindanao and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ateneo University, Davao.
Michael Johnson
"Mike" is an experienced engineer with over forty year’s experience in software design, communications, systems integration, medical IT and enterprise imaging. He studied Business, Engineering, and IT and is a commercial helicopter pilot.
Elijah Palisa
Elijah comes to Newtech with years of experience supporting a wide range of IT projects. He is experienced in operating systems, software and data security, desktop and onsite support and is a certified Google Support Specialist.
Lawton Evangelista
"Lotz" comes to Newtech with years of experience repairing consumer electronics including computers, peripherals, routers and related systems. He holds a BS degree in Electronics from the Technical Institute of the Philippines, Manila.
JohnDel Natividad
"JD" is an experienced support engineer with over a decade of infrastructure, operating systems, software and data security experience. He holds a Computer Systems degree from Infotech College Institute of Arts & Sciences.
Gene Macalalag
Gene has worked in both technical sales and support as a PACS/RIS engineer. He holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the National College of Science and Technology and has a BS degree in Aircraft Maintenance.
Oliver Calinaya
Oliver is an experienced technical support engineer and consultant. He has worked on a number of IT projects and has supported various software platforms. He holds a BS degree in IT from the University of Pangasinan, Dagupan City.
Lawrence Rabanal
Lawrence is our HL7 systems integration specialist. He comes to Newtech with experience supporting a wide variety of software and IT systems and holds a BS degree in IT from Pangasinan State University, Lingayen.
Sheila Fortugaleza
Sheilla is a registered nurse and experienced cardiology technician. She conducts systems demos, and end user training on various Newtech provided systems and holds degrees in both Computer Science and Nursing.
Grace Carreon
"Grace" is a professional manager with over sixteen years experience supporting C-level executives and providing training, coaching and HR services. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from St. Paul University, Manila.
Paula Macabatao
Paula assists with billing and collection, and bids and contracting and provides administrative support to other departments. She holds an Industrial Technology degree, major in Computer Technology from Bulacan State University.
Jocelyn Peralta
"Jocy" heads the Newtech accounting department and is responsible for all financial related activities. She has eighteen years experience in accounting and holds a BS degree in Accountancy from Saint Louis College, La Union.

Mary Ann Cajepo
"Me-Ann" provides internal support to our accounting department. She has over ten years experience in accounting and holds a BS degree in Business, with a major in Marketing from Rizal Technological University in Mandaluong City.
